Palm Square is located directly on the Suez Road and in front of the Open Air Madinaty Mall, next to the La Vista Compound, universities, and the largest medical and educational center in Shorouk City and Suez Road with the view of the Iconic Tower for all shops.

Palm Square is an expansive and uniquely designed commercial destination, occupying a sprawling 10,000m² across ground and two typical floors. The first floor boasts a vibrant food court, while the second floor offers a diverse array of attractions including retail shops, a kids' area, and a thrilling 9D cinema experience, among other amenities.

The project covers a total area of 10,000 m², with a width of 300 m². The buildings occupy 30% of the land, ensuring a balance between structures and open spaces. The design includes a ground floor and two upper floors, along with basement levels for added functionality. The outdoor spaces, spanning 4,500 m², are dedicated to walking and shopping, creating an inviting atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. This thoughtful layout blends convenience and leisure, enhancing the overall experience of the development.
